I do the Zumba workout, if you haven't heard of that I suggest you look it up! I enjoy dancing, I also can get easily bored with working out. Zumba is a fun workout that works your whole body & also lets you dance. I got my Zumba set from QVC , this is the set i got HERE.
This the perfect video from Zumba - It shows all the workouts from the Exhilarate DVD collection that I use.
As you can see below I switch up my schedule so that it rotates ( so i don't get bored) keeps me interested. (I used the names of the workout dvds in the set I have.)
Monday: "Ripped" dvd TONING (60 min , I only do the first half which is 30 min) With toning sticks ( included in set) then finish with a 6 min video on toning from "Tone it Up"
Tuesday: Walking ( after doing a toning workout i try to let my muscles rest some, so i walk for 30-45 mins) followed by streches
Wednesday: "Activate" CARDIO dvd (40 min, after I do the 6 min video from "Tone it Up") followed by stretches
Thursday: "Ripped" dvd TONING ( 30 min portion with toning sticks- 6 min video from "Tone it Up") followed by stretches
Friday: Walking ( 30-40 min ,) followed by stretches
Saturday: "Rush" CARDIO (20 min quick workout video, finish with 6 min "Tone it Up") followed by strenches
Sunday: REST! my body gotta rest!
